Cream of Crab Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1-2 Tbls. Old Bay Seasonings
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pkg. imitation crab meat cut into chunks
- 2 Tbls. minced parsley
Instructions
- Melt margarine in a saucepan; stir in flour,1/2 of the Old Bay, salt and curry powder.
- Cook til thick and bubbly.
- Gradually add milk and cook til hot but not boiling.
- Taste to test and add more Old Bay if necessary.
- Add crab and parsley.
- If you like your soup thinner, add some more milk and heat through.
