List of Ingredients
- 6 large onions sliced thin
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 6 cans of beef broth
- 2 tsp worcestershire
- 2 bay leaves
- Large salad croutons
- shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a fry pan saute onions in butter till crisp.( add a tsp of sugar to spped up the crisping if desired)
- Place cooked onions in crock pot
- Add beef broth, wrocestershire and bay leaves
- Cook on low 6 hours
- Throw away bay leaves
- Spoon into bowls and top with croutons and shredded cheese.
