Steelers Pro Bowl Kielbasa

List of Ingredients
-3 lbs. Kielbasi
-2 Can of Chunk Pineapple
-1/4 cup of brown sugar
Recipe
-Cut kielbasi into 1/2 inch slices (like a thick quarter (25 cents)).
-Boil and drain.
-Place the kielbasi in a pot or kettle with two cans of pineapple chunks (in juice) and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
-Stir and let simmer ... stirring occasionally ... until it comes to a boil.
-Once it boils, take it off the flame and serve...but I've found that it is better if it is left in fridge overnight (like spaghetti).
-Enjoy!
**It makes enough to feed 4 hungry guys, or 6 to 8 guys as a supplement to hamburgers and hot dogs, or one fat guy from Springdale. (that's his line not mine)
