Broccoli: Broccoli snd Stuffing Casserole

List of Ingredients

-2 Pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
-2 eggs, beaten
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-salt and pepper, to taste
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1 cup grated cheddar cheese
-1/2 of (8-oz.) bag stuffing mix
-1/2 stick butter






Recipe

-Cook broccoli and drain well.
-Add eggs, soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and onion.
-Put in 1-1/2 qt. greased casserole.
-Sprinkle cheese on top.
-Melt butter and add to stuffing; put on top of cheese.
-Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
