    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup margarine
    1 package Stove Top Stuffing (6 oz pkg)
    2 packages Broccoli (10 oz pkgs) [I prefer to use fresh, but will use frozen in a pinch.]
    4 tablespoons margarine
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 cups milk
    6 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 green onions sliced
    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    Paprika

    Recipe



    Prepare Stuffing Mix according to package directions. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish or two pie pans.
    Spoon stuffing mixture around the sides of the dish, leaving a well in the center. (You’re making a wreath.)

    Spoon broccoli into the center.
    In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Stir in bouillon.
    Gradually add milk; continue to stir and cook until mixture is thick.
    Add cream cheese, salt, and onions; cook until cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
    Pour over broccoli.

    Sprinkle with green onions, cheese and paprika.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Slice as you would slice a pie.
