    Cabbage: Cheesy Bubble and Squeak

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups mashed potatoes
    4 cups of cooked cabbage, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    Pinch of Nutmeg
    Salt and pepper to taste


    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill for 2 hours or more.
    Shape into small patties and dredge into some seasoned flour to coat.
    Fry till crisp.
