Corn: Garden Fresh Corn Pudding

2 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
2 teaspoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons butter
2 cups milk.
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine corn, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add butter to milk; heat until butter is melted.
Blend with corn and egg mixture.
Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole.
Place in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees F. 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6 servings.
