Cauliflower: Creamed Cauliflower

- 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, divided
- 1 cup half-n-half
- 1 Tbls. magarnine
- Minced parsley
Instructions
- Place cauliflower in a sauce pan; add 1" of water and 1 tsp. salt.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.Cover and simmer 6-7 minutes until crisp tender.
- Grease the bottom and sides of a 2 qt. casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with 2 Tbls. bread crumbs.
- Add the cauliflower, and pour cream over the top.
- Dot with margarine; sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top.
- Bake uncovered @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley
