    Cauliflower: Creamed Cauliflower

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
    • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, divided
    • 1 cup half-n-half
    • 1 Tbls. magarnine
    • Minced parsley


    Instructions


    1. Place cauliflower in a sauce pan; add 1" of water and 1 tsp. salt.

    2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.Cover and simmer 6-7 minutes until crisp tender.

    3. Grease the bottom and sides of a 2 qt. casserole dish.

    4. Sprinkle with 2 Tbls. bread crumbs.

    5. Add the cauliflower, and pour cream over the top.

    6. Dot with margarine; sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top.

    7. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.

    8. Garnish with parsley
