Corn: Fried Corn

- 4-5 ears fresh corn
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup half n half
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife remove corn from the cob into a bowl.
- Melt margarine in a skillet over med heat and add the corn.
- Toss corn in butter with sugar, salt and pepper.
- Slowly pour in the half n half. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Cook any additional time to be sure corn is cooked.
