Corn: Mimi's Jiffy CORN Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 small pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat eggs and stir in corns, sour cream and butter
- Fold in muffin mix and season with salt and pepper.
- Place in a greased baking dish
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes
Final Comments
This is a good casserole for corn. Different than the usual corn casserole
