Tomatoes: Breaded Tomato Slices

- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbls. finely chopped green onion
- 1 Tbls. grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 medium red tomatoes; cut into 1/2" slices
- 2 Tbls. oil
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, parmesan cheese, salt and Italian seasoning' mix well.
- Place milk in another bowl.
- Dip tomato slices in milk then coat with the bread crumbs.
- In a skillet, heat oil.
- Fry tomatoes slices for 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and erve right away.
