Tomatoes: Marinated Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
DRESSING:
-3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
-1 tbsp. sugar
-1-1/2 ts. garlic salt
-1-1/2 ts. seasoned salt, such as Lawry's or Sauer's
-1/2 ts pepper
-3/4 ts. dried oregano
-3/4 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup red wine vinegar
-4 to 6 large tomatoes, cored, each cut into 6 wedges
Recipe
-Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a measuring cup and whisk thoroughly to combine.
-Place the tomatoes in a resealable plastic bag and pour in the dressing.
-Marinate for 4 to 5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
-Bring to room temperature before serving.
-Serve with slotted spoon.
-Serves 6 to 8
