Tomatoes: Tomato Pie

List of Ingredients
-1 unbaked pieshell, in a 9" pie plate
-5 thickly sliced medium tomatoes[peeled] in 2 layers
-1 cup sliced green onions[ include part of the green]
-1 Tb. chopped fresh basil
-1 Tb. chopped fresh oregano...
-salt and pepper..
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-1 cup Best Foods/Hellmann's Mayonnaise
Recipe
-Prick pie shell with a fork..bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes..let cool..
-Cover bottom of crust with half of tomatoes
-Sprinkle with half of green onions, half of basil, half of oregano...
-Season with salt and pepper..
-In a bowl mix shredded cheddar cheese with Mayonnaise..
-Spread on top of layers..
-Repeat layering with tomatoes and rest of ingredients..
-Top with cheese mixture.. and then grated Parmesan on top of all...
-Bake 45 minutes until golden and firm
-Let pie cool slightly before serving..
