Cauliflower: Vegetable Medley

- 1 (16oz) pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrot blend
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8oz) carton garden vegetable cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
Instructions
- Cook and drain the vegetables.
- Place vegetables in a large bowl.
- Mix together the soup and cream cheese and blend into the vegetables.
- Place mixture into a greased 1 qt. casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with the croutons.
- Bake, uncovered @375 for 25 minutes and bubbly.
