    Zucchini: Zucchini & Hot Sausage Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    4 cups shredded zucchini, cooked
    1 lb hot sausage
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup cubed velvetta

    Recipe

    Saute zucchini until tender. Brown sausage with onions,drain well. Combine all ingredients; put in a casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30-40 mins
