    Ingredients for Crust
    -1/3 box crushed graham crackers
    -1 stick melted butter
    -1/4 cup sugar
    Ingredients for Filling
    -4 eggs
    -1-1/2 cups sour cream
    -2 large packages cream cheese
    -Juice from 1 whole lemon
    -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    -1 teaspoon almond extract
    -1/2 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Crust:
    -Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a large bowl and blend.
    -Press into a springform pan.

    Filling:
    -Cream the sugar and cream cheese.
    -Fold in eggs.
    -Add the sour cream and remaining ingredients.

    -Pour batter into springform pan and bake in 375-degree oven for 20 minutes.
    -After 20 minutes, set oven at 350 degrees and bake for about another 25 to 30 minutes until cheesecake rises and turns golden brown.
    -Let cool at room temperature, and then refrigerate several hours before serving.
    -Delicious served by itself or smothered in berries of your choice!
