List of Ingredients
-1 20oz. Bottle catsup
-1 tablespoon salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
-2 cups water
-3 large onions
-3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
-1 teaspoon Tabasco
-1 stalk celery chopped
-3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
-6 pounds bottom round or rump roast
-1 green pepper
-2 Tablespoons chili powder
-3 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
-Cut meat into six chunks and place in roasting pan.
-In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
-Cover and bake at 300 degrees for six hours.
-Remove and let cool slightly.
-Shred the meat using two forks.
-Serve on hamburger or hard rolls.
-Makes 24 sandwiches.
