    -1 teaspoon of ground pepper
    -Catalina Dressing
    -1 1/2- 2 lb Flank Steak

    Recipe



    -Tenderize by beating the steak with a tenderizing hammer.
    -Place in a covered container and pepper lightly,pour Catalina Dressing on top,sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of ground pepper.
    -Refrigerate and marinate for 12-24 hours.
    -Grill over a HOT grill, 1-2 minutes per side for medium rare, 2-3 minutes per side for medium, 4-5 minutes per side for well done.
    -Serves 6 to 8 fire fighters.
    -For a SPICY Steak, substitute Cayanne Pepper for black pepper.
