List of Ingredients
-4 to 5 lbs Ribs
-2 bottles favorite BBQ Sause
-Salt and Pepper to Taste
-Lawrys Season Salt
-3 large Onions
-4 cloves garlic
-6 to 8 cups water
Recipe
-Place ribs in a roaster pan place a layer of onions.
-Season ribs with Salt, pepper, Lawrys, and garlic.
-Cover ribs with water until under water.
-Place roaster covered in to oven at 350degress F.
-Cook for 3 or 4 hours checking to make sure ribs remain under water.
-20 minutes prior to serving empty water out of roaster and cover ribs with BBQ sause.
-The meat on the ribs should be falling off the bone when ready to eat.
