-8 deboned pork chops
-4-lg potatoes; peeled and sliced
-1-lg can peas
-1-med onion
-1(10 3/4oz) can cream of celery soup
-salt and pepper
-1(10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
-In a roasting pan layer potatoes, pork chops, onion and peas.
-Mix together cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups, 1 can of water, salt and pepper.
-Pour over ingredients.
-Cook in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until potatoes and chops are tender.
