    List of Ingredients




    -1/2 lb. Round Roast or Chip Steak; fine sliced.
    -Chopped Pickle
    -chopped onion
    -Mustard
    -1 lb of Bacon; chopped raw
    -chopped Garlic

    Recipe



    -On the slice of meat put raw bacon, chopped onion, chopped pickle, a little garlic and a squirt of mustard.
    -Add seasonings to taste(salt and pepper)
    Roll up the meat and secure with a tooth pick at each end.
    -Place in a roasting pan.
    -You will need about 2 rolls for each firefighter
    -Bake at 350 for about 40 min or until done.
    -Make your own homemade gravy out of the juices on the bottom after cooking.
    -Serve with potatoes and a veggie.
