    Gooseberry Patch-Celebrate the Seasons

    2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
    2 T. sugar
    2 c. white wine vinegar

    Recipe



    Heat raspberries and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves, stirring often; cool.
    Add vinegar; strain, discarding solids.
    Store in an airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Makes about one pint
