    List of Ingredients




    -8 oz can tomato paste
    -1 cup fresh bread crumbs
    -2 jars salsa or taco sauce - you pick the heat
    -1 tablespoon chili powder
    -2 eggs
    -1 green pepper, chopped
    -1 onion, chopped
    -15oz can corn
    -2lbs lean ground beef
    -15oz can black beans
    -1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
    -4oz can chopped green chilies

    Recipe



    -Mix all ingredients together except for the salsa/taco sauce and cheese.
    -Divide into two equal parts and form two, free standing loves on a cookie sheet.
    -Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    -During the last 10 minutes, pour salsa or sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.
    -Serve with sour cream and cornbread.
    -Serves 8
