Pies: Fruit Cup Pie

List of Ingredients
-1/2 cup maraschino cherries
-1/2 cup diced peaches
-1/2 cup diced pears
-1/2 cup apricot nectar
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup flake coconut
-1/2 cup crushed pineapple
-3 T. flour
-2 T. butter
-1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust, Pillsbury® recommended
Recipe
-Drain all fruit.
-Mix fruit and coconut together, set aside.
-Place apricot nectar, flour, sugar and butter in small saucepan and cook until thickened.
-Add fruit to thickened sauce.
-Place in 9-inch Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Curst and cover with top crust and bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes or until crust is evenly browned.
*Makes 8 servings.
