    Saucy Pizza Rolls

    List of Ingredients




    8 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 C. chopped onion
    2 (10 1/2 oz) cans pizza sauce
    1 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
    2.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained--optional
    1 egg slightly beaten

    Recipe



    Cook lasagna noodles to desred doneness as directed on package, drain, cool.
    Heat oven to 350.
    In medium skillet brown beef with onion, drain, stir in 1/4 C. pizza sauce, 1/2 C. of the cheese, mushrooms, and egg.
    Spread each lasagna noodle with generous 1/3 C. meat mixture, carefully roll up and place seam side down in ungreased 2 qt. bakig dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over rolls.
    Cover, bake for 40-45 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Uncover, sprinkle, with remaining cheese, bake anaddional 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    *recipe can be assembled 1 day a head of serving.
    Cover & refrigerate,
    Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes + 4-6 minutes for the cheese to melt.
