    Chili Cheese Mac Bake

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs ground beef or 1 lb beef, 1 lb pork
    1 small onion chopped as desired
    Garlic to taste
    1 can hot chili beans
    1 large can regular kidney beans
    1 can white beans
    1 package chili mix
    1 or 2 large cans tomatoes, (crushed) w/ juice
    1 package pasta of your choice
    4 or 5 cups shredded cheese, use your favorite

    Saute onions & garlic, add meat.
    When meat is done, add chili mix and 1 can tomatoes.
    Drain all beans, rinse and add to meat mixture.
    Cook pasta to aldent, drain water, add to meat and bean mixture.
    Let simmer for about 2 hours.
    You may need to add more tomatoes as its cooking; the mixture should not be thick.

    Pour into baking pan layering meat and bean mixture with cheese, starting with chili and ending with cheese.
    Bake on 350° for 30-45 min. till cheese is melted and starting to brown.

    You can serve with rosemary herb bread and salad.

    Soften one stick butter, add garlic & rosemary to taste. Slice French bread and butter.
    May also add cheese on top. Bake at 350° till cheese melts & edges of bread start to brown.
