BARS&BROWNIES: Best Brownies

- 6 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 Tbls. vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate together.Cool slightly
- Beat the eggs until very thick, about 5 minutes.
- Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat.
- Add the chocolate mixture and continue beating.
- Mix in vanilla and milk and beat until smooth.
- Combine the flour and salt and add to batter in fourths, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the nuts.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10x15 jelly roll pan.
- Bake @ 250 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Do not eat these warm, they are not good.
- Once they cool, they are dark, dense and rich.
