    List of Ingredients


    • FILLING:
    • 2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice
    • GLAZE:
    • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. almond etract
    • 2 tsp. milk
    • PASTRY:
    • 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheets
    • 1 can cherry pie filling
    • Flour


    Instructions


    1. FILLING: Combine ingredients with a mixer and set aside.
    2. GLAZE: Combine Glaze ingredients and set aside.
    3. PASTRY:
    4. Each package contains 2 sheets which are folded into thirds. Unfold the shets and cut them on the folds and work with 1/3 sheet at a time, keeping remaining sheets in the fridge.
    5. Lightly flour surface and roll the 1/3 sheet out to a 12x9" rectangle.
    6. Cut into 12 squares.
    7. Place 1 tsp. filling onto each square.
    8. Fold 4 corners into center of pastry and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    9. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees until puffed and golden.
    10. Remove from oven and immedialtely press 1 cherry into center of pastry over the puffed corner points.
    11. Remove from cookie sheet and drizzle glaze over each.
    12. Makes 6 dozen.
