    CANDY: Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound good margarine or butter
    1 - 18 oz jar peanut butter
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2-3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits.

    Recipe



    Melt butter and peanut butter on mudium low heat.
    When melted, remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well by hand.
    Pour into an 8x8 pan.
    Melt chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the fudge.
