    CANDY: Quick-as-a-Wink Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (1cup)
    2 cups mini marshmallows
    1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Recipe

    In a 2 qt glass bowl, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, marshmallows, cream and vanilla.
    Place in microwave and heat on high 1 1/2 -2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
    Turn into a foil-lined 8" square baking pan.
    Let cool 1/2 hour, the refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into 1" squares.
