• 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  
• 20 large marshmallows
  
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  






Instructions



1. Spread coconut in a shallow pan & bake at 350 degrees until light brown, stirring frequently.
   
   
2. Melt 8 marshmallos and milk in the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly.
   
   
3. When melted remove from heat, but leave over hot water.
   
   
4. Cut 12 marshmallows in half.
   
   
5. Dip marshmallows one at a time in the mixture and roll in coconut.
   
   
6. Drop onto waxed paper.
