    CAKE:
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1 pkg. lemon pudding mix
    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup water (I use milk)
    4 eggs

    GLAZE:
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 Tbls. lemon juice

    Recipe



    CAKE:
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix all ingredients together on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
    Cool and Invert onto a serving plate.

    GLAZE:
    Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice all together.

    Drizzle glaze over the cake.
