    List of Ingredients


    • 28 Oreos
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
    • FUDGE TOPPING:
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 2/3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 cup evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • Optional:
    • Cool Whip
    • Crushed peppermint candies


    Instructions


    1. Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9" springform pan. Freeze for 1 hour.
    2. Soften ice cream. Spread over the crust and freeze until hard, overnight is best.
    3. Make the fudge topping by combining the powdered sugar, chocolate chips, milk and butter in a sauce pan.
    4. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    5. Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
    6. To serve, remove from pan and cut into wedges, drizzle with fudge sauce and top with Cool Whip and crushed peppermint.
