    2 lbs. round steak
    flour
    3 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
    3/4 cup catsup
    12 oz tomato juice
    2 tsp. chili powder
    Worcestershire Sauce to taste

    Recipe



    Pound as much flour into meat as possible.
    Dip meat into remaining flour on board and brown in a skillet.
    In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover meatwith tomato mixture.
    Cook at low temperatures for at least one hour.
    Sauce should thicken from the flour in the meat.
    If necessary, however, sauce can be thickened more by cooling a little sauce, adding flour, then stirring back into remaining sauce in the pan.
    Cook until thick.
