SALADS: Cranberry Relish Mold

List of Ingredients
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. cold water
2 pkg.(3oz) cherry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry
1 can (8oz) cup chopped celeryRecipe
In a bowl, combine unflavored gelatin and cold water.
Let stand 1 minute.
Add cherry gelatin and boiling water.
Stir until dissolved.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and celery.
Pour into a 6 cup mold coated with non-stick spray.
Refrigerate until set, and unmold onto serving plate.
Decorate with a few whole cranberries.
