    1 tsp margarine
    1 stalk celery chopped
    2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
    1 large onion
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 can mushrooms with stems
    11 cups water
    6 OXO chicken cubes
    1 16oz can kidney beans
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp rosemary
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp sage
    1 1/2 cup broken spaghetti or pasta of your choice

    In a dutch oven, melt the margarine.
    Ass the celery, onions and garlic,cook and stir on medium heat until tender.
    Add water, chicken cubes, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and herbs.
    Simmer for about an hour; stirring occasionally.
    Add the pasta and simmer until just tender, yet firm.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
