APPETIZERS: Chocolate Toffee Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese softened
1 stick butter softened
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 c powdered sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 c mini chocolate chips
1/2 c English toffee bits.
(about 1/3 cup pecans)


Recipe

Mix cream cheese and butter and vanilla.
Stir in sugars and fold in chips and toffee.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Form into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
Serve with graham cracker sticks or apple wedges

If you wanted to thin the mixture with milk or Kaluha you would have a dip for fruits or graham cracker sticks.
