    CAKES: Apple Pie Cake

    Cream together:
    2 Tbls. butter
    3/4 cup sugar

    Add:
    1 well beaten egg

    Add & Blend in:
    3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt

    Stir in:
    1 cup diced apples
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Recipe



    Place mixture in a greased 9" pie -plate.
    Bake for 25 minutes @ 350 degrees.

    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
    Great hot or cold!
