    MAIN DISHES: Mushroom Crescent Italian Bake

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. rosemary or basil
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
    1/4 tsp. oregano

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375. Brown ground beef, mushrooms, and onion.
    Drain.
    Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
    Put in 8 x 12 in. pan and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
    Combine sour cream and herbs.
    Spread 1 tablespoon of this mixture on each triangle.
    Roll up, starting at wide end.
    Arrange on top of casserole.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
