List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups of sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups chopped raw apples
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
1 tsp soda
Recipe
Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and all dry ingredients. Beat until well blended. Add the apples and nuts and raisins. Mix well.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a well greased tube pan.
I add this glaze:
Beat together 1 spoonful whipped brown sugar cream cheese, 1 spoonful butter, 1 capful vanilla, powdered sugar.
Drizzle onto cake
