List of Ingredients
1 pkg manicotti
2 lbs hot Italian sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 clove garlic; chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbls. sugar
1 Tbls basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (15 oz) container Ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Pregeat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook manicotti as directed and rinse and drain.
Brown sausage and drain, add garlic and onion and cook until onion is tender.
Stir in tomatoes, paste, sauce, basil, sugar, salt and pepper.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
Combine ricotta, 2 1/2 cups mozzarella and the egg.
Mix well.
Stuff the manicotti.
Spread half of the sauce onto the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Arrange the manicotti over the sacue.
Spoon remaining sauce over top.
Cover and bake 35 minutes.
Top with the mozzarella cheese & bake for 5 more minutes, until cheese has melted.
