    List of Ingredients




    20 oz pkg brownie mix
    16 oz jar maraschino cherries; drained, 1/2 cup juice reserved and divided
    6 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
    36 paper mini-muffin cups

    Recipe



    Prepare brownie batter according to directions, using 1/4 cup cherry juice plus water needed to equal amount of liquid called for.
    Place paper liners in mini-muffin pan & fill about 1/2 full of brownie batter.
    Push a cherry into each cup.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
    Removed baked cups and let cool.
    Combine the chips and condensed milk in a small sauce pan over medium heat until melted.
    Remove from heat, stir in remaining cherry juice, as needed to reach frosting consistency.
    Place a dollop of warm frosting onto each cherry cup.
    Let cool
    Makes 3 dozen
