    List of Ingredients




    2 cans (28 oz ea)crushed tomatoes
    2 cups chicken broth
    18-20 fresh basil leaves, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup butter

    Recipe



    In a large sauce pan, bring the tomatoes and broth to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add the basil and sugar.
    Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream and butter.
    Heat until butter is melted
    9 servings
