Corn: Corn Salsa

List of Ingredients
•2 cans (15 oz.) Mexican corn – drained
•1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies – drained (Rotel makes an “extra hot” variety if you can handle the spice!)
•1 c. sour cream
•1 c. mayo
•1 T. sugar
•2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
•sliced green onions or finely chopped regular onions to taste (whatever floats your boat
•corn chip “scoops
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until serving (I think it tastes better the longer it is refrigerated). Scoop and eat with corn chips.
