List of Ingredients



• 3 lbs lean ground beef
  
• 2 cups oatmeal
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 can evaporated milk (13oz)
  
• ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  
• ¾ tsp salt
  
• ½ tsp smoked salt
  
• ½ tsp pepper
  
• 1 tbsp chili powder
  
• Sauce:
  
• 1 cup brown sugar
  
• 2 cups ketchup
  
• ½ tsp garlic powder
  
• 2 tbsps grated onion
  
• 1 tsp liquid smoke
  






Instructions



1. Combine meatball ingredients and form into 40 medium meatballs.
   
   
2. Top with sauce.
   
   
3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
