    List of Ingredients




    Bean Dip:
    3 ripe avocados, mashed
    2 T. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lg. can refried beans
    1 c. (1/2 pint) sour cream
    tomatoes, chopped
    black olives, chopped
    green peppers, chopped
    green onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese
    1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

    Put lemon juice on avocados. Spread mayonnaise over top and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Spread refried beans on top. Layer next with sour cream. Sprinkle olives, tomatoes, green peppers, and green onions on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Fills 9 X 13 pan. Serve hot or cold with tortilla chips!
