6 Cups Sugar
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1-3 tsp. Hot Sauce(according to your taste)
1 Gal. Dill Pickle Slices,drained
Dried Red chile peppers

In large bowl combine sugar, garlic & hot sauce. In a gallon jar with lid, layer
the pickles, sugar mixture and peppers. Seal tightly with jar lid. Store at
room temperature for 2 days. Invert jar twice a day. After 2 days store in refrigerator.
