    Recipe Introduction

This is my favorite roll recipe. It's the one I use all the time cause it's easy and good.

    List of Ingredients

    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. tepid water
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 c. flour ( I use bread flour)

    Recipe

Dissolve yeast in tepid water. Dissolve oleo, salt and sugar in boiling water, stirring. Cool until tepid, then add yeast-water mixture and eggs. Stir in 2 c. flour and mix well. Add remaining four and mix well for several minutes.
Grease top of dough; cover and refrigerate overnight if possible (at least all day).
You can bake all the dough at once or take out part and form into balls. The rest will keep up to 14 days in refrigerator.

Note: I also use this recipe for cinnamon rolls, adding extra yeast for lightness, and about another 1/4 cup of sugar. Also, a lot of the time I make it the same day I bake them. It works out fine. And I use a wooden spoon and mix the whole thing by hand, I don't use a mixture at all.
