SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE

Recipe Introduction
This is a great dish for breakfast or brunch, good company dish! I have even fixed it for an evening meal with hash browns!
When I do it as a brunch dish, I serve it with fresh fruit, muffins, coffee and orange juice, so easy.
List of Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cups shredded cheese ( I use cheddar)
2 cups milk
8 thick slices of Italian bread
16 oz or 12 oz roll of breakfast sausage, any flavor you like
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
Recipe
Brown Sausage and drain. Beat eggs, cube the bread and add all the other ingredients. Mix well with the sausage and pour into a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight!
In the morning take out of refrigerator, bring to room temp ( if you have the time) and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour!
