ALAMO PECAN CHEESE BALL

4 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 4 oz pkg blue cheese ( you can get them already crumbled)
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
Bring cheese to room temperatures. Mix all ingredients together except pecans. Add salt to taste. Put mixture on wax paper ( to keep from sticking) and roll mixture into a ball. Chill in refrigerator. Roll in chopped pecans. Put back in fridge and chill some more. This can be done a day ahead of party! Bring to room temp ( about 1 hr or so ) before serving. Serve with assorted crackers and enjoy!
